It is a privilege to write and share the many ways in which Elizabeth has worked with us to consolidate and grow our company’s business model, improve the organisation and operation of management and increase solidarity within our team in working towards company goals.
Our company was created in order to financially support the restoration of a historical building, and with this mission in mind we have not employed what would necessarily be considered a traditional business model and management style. Elizabeth has been respectful of these decisions and has adjusted and adapted our sessions together to fit the uniqueness of our company’s situation.
Our management sessions provide an important opportunity, which sometimes the busyness of everyday working life removes, where we are able to regularly set out goals for the company in all of its different sectors. Elizabeth is rigorous in ascertaining exactly what active steps we need to take in order to reach these, and encourages us to routinely review our progress and consider re-evaluating our goals when the situation requires.
Simultaneously, our team sessions have worked to facilitate improved communication between individual team members as well as between different levels and sectors of the organisation. These sessions further provide a crucial space in which everyone who is part of our team is able to discuss, explore and reach an understanding of company goals in different areas, and together work on and share new ideas and creative ways in which to reach these objectives.
